Returns and Refunds

The customer must provide proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from the date Chun Tat Limited approves the returned item. The refund is issued to the original payment method. The customer must allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear. Chun Tat Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or payment providers.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days from approval. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow at least 14 days for a PayPal refund to appear. Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Chun Tat Limited at [email protected] and provide photographs of the damage or defect, the packaging, and the order number. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Chun Tat Limited will review valid claims and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. The customer must follow return instructions for damaged or defective items.
Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct is reselling shoes without authorization, placing fraudulent orders, scraping data, introducing malware, interfering with site security, and violating applicable laws.
